We pledge to build a sisterhood: to form a joyful community of women who are committed to uplifting and inspiring each other.
We pledge to build a sisterhood: to come with an open heart, show love to our fellow sisters, and consistently display the spirit of kindness and forgiveness.
We pledge to build a sisterhood: to develop programs that empower women, encourage us to overcome our differences, and allow us to unite around shared core values of compassionate communication, honorable behavior, and service to one another.
We pledge to build a sisterhood: to uphold the tradition of serving as a family that provides companionship, emotional support, and physical presence to fellow sisters in need We pledge to build a sisterhood: to educate young mothers on parenting skills and practices related to health, nutrition, discipline, education, and safety
We pledge to build a sisterhood: to implement Rites of Passage programs to prepare our children and teenagers to become good leaders of tomorrow We pledge to build a sisterhood: to accommodate new sisters so that they feel welcome and accepted regardless of their background In this community of sisters, we pledge to promote a culture of love, respect, helpfulness, and responsibility through our words and our actions.
We pledge to observe and respect our confidentiality agreement so that we can create a supportive community for ourselves and for our children.

Confidentiality Agreement
At Mothers and Women Establishing Communities (MWEC) we believe that confidentiality matters, it is the guiding principle that will encourage women to feel safe and comfortable enough to discuss issues freely with out fear that information shared within the community will be shared outside of the community. All members and participants agree to the following guidelines: that you will not discuss information that is shared within the group to outside parties. experiences and information shared within the group will stay with the group no experience shared will be used against any particular member.
